How often does this happen?

- Weapon: Air-To-Ground Missiles
I noticed this at the store. I don't collect RPM's, but was intrigued. Any ideas if this is rare? (And I don't know why the picture is upside down!)

It is usually just a screw up at the factory. Most of the time it is not considered a variant unless a good number of them are produced that way. It happens sometimes but it is not considered rare. Doesn't make it worth anymore unless you find someone who collects these types of screw ups. Most of the time it takes away the value as most people want a correct figure and card.
