I'm 18 and a religion/philosophy major at university. Currently my collection consists 14 Transformers, my favourites of which consist of Protoform Prime, Leader Prime, Voyager Ironhide, and deluxe Arcee.

I was born in 1977 so i was around 7 or 8 in 1984 when transformers was just taking off, and believe me i was a happy kid i loved them. So it's only fitting alot of people here are in there late 20's and mid 30's this would put them at an age when transformers was just getting started.

I am 32 in November....I think... I had issues trying to recall the other day... I am pretty sure it's 32 as I was born in 1975...

I don't think the thread starter is a pediophile, Bumbled. He's just curious as to how old the collectors are.

@Bumbled, it may be difficult for you to comprehend but the majority of toy collectors are between the ages of 20-40. We're all enjoying the nostalgia that TF's brings us since most of us were kids when it came out. Since we're older and have jobs we have more disposable income than the average 13 year old so it affords us the opportunity to buy more figures.
