How to buy toys at SDCC

Hi, I have a friend who is going to San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). I would like for her to buy me a Devastator. Can anyone who has been to the Con before tell me how she can go about buying this for me? I need to be able to give her instructions on what to do. Will this toy go fast? Will it be available from the beginning of the Con. Any useful information is really appreciated.

It will not go fast but if you're afraid it'll sell out, your best bet is to camp out for Hasbro booth tickets
