Since a rather vocal portion of the fandom has expressed a distaste for the chrome on Generations Leader Jetfire, Transformers fan customizer Cheetimus Primal has posted a simple how-to video demonstrating quick and affordable means to remove the chrome from the figure that leaves the bright red plastic underneath the chrome fully exposed and chrome-free:
This'll save a lot of money for folks who are interested in getting the Takara version mainly for its lack of chrome.
