How to fix a wheel that doesn't roll right?

I just got my Battle In Space 2-pack, and I must say I'm impressed, but my the front left wheel on my Rodimus won't even touch the ground when I roll it. It rolls great on carpet though. What could I do?

Firstly, ask everyone you find in front of you for an opinion (because just mine will likely just cause your bot damage).
My suggestion, without seeing the piece, is Either take it back and exchange it, or else consider using Greenstuff (from Games Workshop) to either enlarge the tyre or cut away the hole for the axle/pin on the side of the raised tyre, lower the pin and then use Greenstuff to seal the hole in its new measurement. Note you'll have to seal the hole above the modification as well or else the whole axle/pin will just slip upwards and tip the vehicle lopside again.Use Tissue paper to create a skin between the axle and the Greenstuff util the Greenstuff is dry to make sure the tyre will actually rotate at the end of the job, otherwise it'll just stick. If the tissue sticks to the Greenstuff, obliterate all trace of it with water (once the Greenstuff is dry).
Note you'll have to spot paint the modification so make sure there's a color around that suits you before you start anything.
Hope this starts making inroads for you.
(Edit: If there's a Games Workshop store near you, it's possible the staff will let you make the modification in the store [there's a hobby table provided always], so that you can have people used to working with Greenstuff in the vicinity to help you if needs be. Be cautious not to go during a Games night as it'll be too noisy and crowded for them to help or for you to concentrate).
2nd Edit: Where I say 'side of the raised tyre', I mean the side of the vehicle which has the problematic tyre, not the side of the tyre itself.Whilst proofreading I felt I wasn't making sense there.

Are you sure you've transformed it properly? Sometimes cars need a bit of a twist (like wringing out a flannel) to get all the wheels to touch ground.

This is actually an odd problem that may come from a number of different factors, a part misaligned in transformation, maybe the pin holding it on was placed off center, or perhaps there is a deformation in the wheel itself. My Universe Smokescreen for instance has one wheel that tends to not roll along with the other 3 because it's not quite perfectly round.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.
I'm a killjoy, and proud of it!
don't take that to mean I'm a killjoy just because I can be, though...

Would it be possible to bend it?

Nevermind. I'm returning it today. I intend to get another one.
