If there is any one Masterpiece level toy I would love to own, it's this one. Fantoys FT-10. As I was getting close to finishing Starscream I stated looking for a new toy to draw, and I found a photo gallery by a dude that goes by SixO. Several photos in that gallery caught my eye, and one of them was a photo of Jetfire and MP-11 Starscream. Which gave a sense of scale for how big this toy is. I decided then that Jetfire would be the same scale as Starscream, and off I started. But which pose do I go with?
I picked this one.

But, first the test, can I make the head look right?

With that down, I picked the one thing I knew I was going to struggle with. If I could get this right, I could do the rest. Two days of drawing the same thing over and over, trying different ways to get it right. I almost gave up, but then I figured it out. And well...

After that, I went to work, and it started to come together pretty well. Then came the gun, and it took a bit, but that came together after a bit of trial and error.
Then one day I finished it, and here is the result.

I always like to see what the wireframe looks like without any color, it helps to see just how many lines there ended up being.

Now it's on to coloring, and that was a challenge as well. Learning how to color a bot that is 90 % white was fun, but rewarding. He looks good doesn't he?

But, to give a sense of scale I have to put his former best friend with him.
