Video Converter! Need Help!

I need a video converter for a project I'm working on. Most of all, since funds are so limited, I need one that is FREE. Can anyone help?

I just went through about a half a dozen freeware and free trial programs.
Nothing.
I need something that can convert OGM into WMV or AVI files. It MUST be free, and not just a trial!
