Saddly he's keeping the completely chromed HISS tank, but still limited to 100 pieces.

New Assault On Cobra Island & Defense Of Cobra Island Images over at hiss tank right now. By new I mean all the figures from the upcoming box sets as well as pictures of the boxes themselves.

So since things have been a bit quiet I'd thought I digest the recent Hasbro Q & A's. First Any carded or loose figures showing up on e-bay from the "Lost" wave 14 or Wal-Mart two packs are going to be released in the seven figure sets. That means we will be seeing a NF Falcon. Also Hasbro confirmed what I've suspected all along. The future of the Joe line hinges on the movie. Movie bombs line goes on hiatus. Now they didn't say that in so many words but I don't spin here. I was looking forward to the movie, believe it or not, but now I want it to be the biggest bomb in history; I'm talking worse than Ishtar, just to see what kind of Bitches Hasbro will be. Don't worry though it's only 3 years now until the 30th anniversary.
I got the HOF set but I've decided to leave the case sealed since I could only get one. I'll buy a set loose from TRU.com and make a few bits back thanks to big crumbs. Gotta love the net.

well chuck for what it is worth, when I was at Trek on Saturday we has the preview for GIJoe and the reaction seemed positive. I think a few fans will have issues with the accelerator suits, but that it could do well with the general movie going population.

The accelerator suits confuse me. We have the basic sigma suits and then these? What happened to the traditional uniforms we were promised? If hasbro got caught in another lie they're going to be in serious trouble.

What do you guys think of resolute five pack in general. I already own the three single card figures but I was looking at again today and like the b.a.t. in the pack the rest I can take or leave because I already own them.

The troopers and Duke I took out to display from the 5-pack since I haven't opened their carded versions yet. I should mention that Duke does come with different knives, rifles, and hand guns between the two. I was just Jazzed that the troopers could hold their guns well. The BAT's a BAT so besides being in black nothing new there.
Not sure I mentioned but I got my order from BBTS. I'm leaving my case of HOH figures sealed but ordered another set off e-bay. I wonder if AFA will grade sealed cases...
Forgot to mention in my last post that another tid-bit from the Hasbro Q&A was that the Viper 5-pack was discontinued. No gold headed Viper, mo Mercer. I was so looking forward to recreate that shot from Anchorman with them. Such is life.

They released
Season 1, part 1 & 2
Season 2, part 2
Season one was the only one that was readily available, the other ones were a lot tougher to find.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

I wonder if the GIJOe Series that game after will be released. And perhaps a deluxe edition of the movie. *Crosses fingers*

Which series? The original one from '84? That's coming in individual seasons and a giant box set like the Matrix set for Transformers.

That was the Screaming Eagles tape. I think it was just that one episode.

That was the Screaming Eagles tape. I think it was just that one episode.
In 1989, DIC Entertainment produced a second G.I. Joe series, starting with a 5-part mini-series titled Operation: Dragonfire. Despite mixed reaction from fans, a regular series was broadcast in 1990, also lasting for two seasons to yield 44 episodes.
1994 saw a direct-to-video release for Sgt. Savage and the Screaming Eagles.
In 2003, Reel FX Creative Studio produced a cartoon based on A Real American Hero. Although it was only a direct-to-video CGI movie, G.I. Joe: Spy Troops managed to spawn a second movie, G.I. Joe: Valor vs. Venom, in 2004. Any planned follow-ups, however, have been shelved to make way for Hasbro's latest incarnation in the G.I. Joe universe, G.I. Joe: Sigma 6. Although Sigma 6 is superficially connected to A Real American Hero, its continuity is self-contained and Hasbro is not expected to return to A Real American Hero.
Extreme was supported by a short-lived comic book series published by Dark Horse Comics and even had an animated series which ran for two seasons totaling 26 episodes. The TV series was produced by Gunther-Wahl Productions (co-founded by animation producer Lee Gunther) and distributed by Claster. The line as a whole, though, never enjoyed the success the A Real American Hero series had and lasted only two years

That's about right. Extreme was tied into Sgt. Savage by the inclusion of Sgt. Savage into the team. Don't forget that Spy Troops and Valor vs. Venom had CGI toons made that were packaged with some figures.

Quick question.
So the other day i bought the red HISS tank from the ultimate battle pack off of ebay and it's coming without figs.
I'm already planning to have Major Bludd from the extreme desert pack man the turret, but what would make a good driver? As I'm trying to keep my Cobra collection small and more or less unique I really would like something special that fits with the coloring but also fits that the fig should be piloting the HISS.

So I got my second set of HOH figures yesterday. Does anyone know if AFA grades sealed cases since I wanna have the sealed case from BBTS graded. Anyone notice that Zartans rifle is remolded and the CG's helmet and pack are in an almost metalic red? Shame about the Viper's arms but I'll give him another shot. Went to TRU today ROTF is in full effect so I won't be going there for awhile for TF's. I hate being right but when they didn't stock the final wave of Universe I knew they were waiting for the movie. Joes were sparce but I did manage to get the water (don't call me swamp rat) moccasin with Copperhead. This is gonna look cool with my Python segies and Trooper piling on. Almost key-stone cop like. Gues the next time I'll be at TRU is when the Joe movie line hits. Although I should try and get the leader three packs and 5 figure sets before then. Sorry no 80's packs but I'm still looking.

Since ROTF toys are clogging the shelves now I have no reason to go to TRU until the movie line hits. Any idea when the preview figs are going to come out? I won't be getting them all but it appears most of the TRU exclusives. Hope everyone is well otherwise.

If the way my TRU stocked is any indication. Then I will never see those promised DVD pack case revisions before the movie since they're trying to clear the shelves.
