Back with my latest upgrade kit. This time I produced a major redesign for FP/ROTF Brawl. This upgrade kit includes a proper turret, new head, new tank treads that will turn into his arms and feet (no more duck feet) and also eliminates the back kibble. I worked on the design for a few months and it went through multiple ideas and lots of retooling to get everything to workout the way I wanted. The core body and legs are from the original figure, everything else will be new parts. There will be screws and pins needed to hold everything together. These are the first round of test parts and I'm super happy with the way everything turned out. I am going to adjust a few parts, make some walls thicker and adjust clearance but that is just standard procedure. As of right now this will not be available on my shapeways shop but will be cast in resin and sold directly through me, more info will come once I have the design worked out. Please note, shapeways only sent me one elbow. Take a look and let me know what you guys think.

This is a really cool project. Definitely glad you killed off the duck feet. The turret looks very imposing. I'm interested in this, keep up the good work.

nice custom i was working on a few up-grades my self but this is nice when are you goingto start to sel them .

Thanks! My current plan is for a fall release, it all depends on how things work out in production.

what ever happend to te brawl you were working on ever get it finished .so are you going to be selling the upgarde kits :-?

So here is an update with pics.

Things that changed in Version 2:
Cannon is larger dia.
all joints are tighter.
Turret connection adjusted to be tighter
legs are feet completely redesigned
ankle tilt and heel support added
details enhanced

Made a few more adjustments this weekend and order placed, should be the last round of test parts before production starts.

Wow, that's awesome! I've always been quite fond of the Energon Brawl AA-tank mode, but this is nothing short of incredible!

The material kind of worries me though, it looks oddly grainy and slightly fragile. Will the final version be made from that?
