Same here! I was shocked the wave3 Legends and Deluxes appeared last week. I'm sure they're gone by now....

Another argument that the cards are done by lots of people: some are all upper case, while others use lower case as well.

Seen Hun-Gurrr only once, Elita-1 twice before they both disappeared. Now I'm drowning in Wave 1 Grimlocks and Starscreams (again)... and a lone Octone at full price.

Same here. Two Walmarts, two Kmarts, and a Target and they all just keep restocking wave 1 over and over. #-o

I'm hoping that now that we've basically hit the end of the line and it's only July they'll spend the rest of the year cycling through the waves all over again.

Bah! Wave 3's Prime Masters are showing up elsewhere? And the Wave 2's haven't shown up near my realm yet. But the shelves are choked with dozens of wave 1's, including getting in tons of fresh replacement voyager Starscreams - which have no hope of moving anywhere. Curse you, Hasbro's baffling and incomprehensible distribution network!

I haven't seen anything past wave 1 besides the Legends and a single Rod Cron. Of course, it's not like there's room for much else because of all the dang Berserkers that have been here for over a year.

If you live where I think you do, they have shown up, sparingly, at retail. I've seen them at Target and Walmart, both, in Layton. There's been a single Alchemist Prime at Layton Target for a couple of weeks.

Which is worse: stores refusing to order more, or Hasbro sending out the figures we don't want to fill that order?

At least things are moving along, I'll get the 3, especially Bomb-Burst, when I see them.

I went to a couple Walmarts today, and one of them had the wave3 Legends -- but no more Deluxes and still no sign of wave2/3 Prime Masters. Still, I'm lucky to have scored dem Terrorcons....but again, this distro is killin my bot-buzz.

Huh. Interesting. Just received a notice saying my Nemesis Prime is ready for pickup at the post office! I didn't even get a notice that it shipped! Weird. Guess I'll find out in a few hours after work...

Yeah, I got an email saying it's arrival date had been bumped up from the 17th to the 11th. Got an email this morning saying it's shipped and will arrive tomorrow!
Not sure what Amazon is doing behind the scenes, but I'm also not complaining! :lol:

Well the hunt is indeed on. I received my 10 day notice from BBTS last week. If I can spot the Wave 3 Prime Masters before my order processes, then I'll definitely cancel. Of course knowing my history, I'll probably see them in store during the 7 day shipping period on their way to my house... :BANG_HEAD:

As for the situation surrounding Cindersaur, I've tried to do some research. I should preface my next statement however with this. Those that know me, know I am apolitical, and have been since I was very little. I believe the system is broken, and beyond fixing from a human standpoint, but I do have hope. I answer to a higher source that obliges me to be law-abiding, respect law enforcement, pay my taxes etc... In other words, be the best person I can.

Additionally with respect to the current Toy situation. I purchased Jazz as early as I could, simply because I wanted it. I assume it is the MAGA version, though I have never officially looked for the symbol. I also just recently got Cindersaur from HTS. Only one of the 12 Collector Cards (Alpha Trion) refers to Cindersaur as "her". I don't know which card I have, but If I have the Alpha Trion one, that is fine, it's just a card, and my son likes the art work. I wont be trying to replace either my Jazz toy, or my Cindersaur card for others.

All that being said however, I would agree that the inclusion of the "MAGA" Jazz symbol was intentional, so fans upset by this were within their right to report to Hasbro, and Hasbro responded by making the change. I personally believe the "her" on the Alpha Trion Cindersaur collector card to be purely a clerical error/oversight, nothing more. However...any fan upset about this, should have the same right to report to Hasbro and see if they will correct it.

Tfsource; they have a no cancellation policy.

I decided to say screw it and bought a set anyway. I'll resell the preordered figures when they arrive and probably break even at worst.

EDIT: If any Knoxville peeps are still looking for any of the three when my preorder arrives, drop me a line - if you can pick them up from me in person and pay cash I'll cut you a good deal.
