I guess both. I could draw it then get is scanned. Its just that I've never tried to do that and I see ALOT of people already with their own TF's and I got a sweet idea brewing for mine, but no real idea how to go about bringing him into the cyber world in a cool sig.

A lot of the sigs floating around her are recolourings of already-extant illustrations, just touched up in Photoshop. If that's all you're looking for, there's a few guys around that'll do it for you if you ask nicely, but I forget who does it now.
