Thanks to Weibo we get a look at an upcoming Generation 1style Unicron Table lamp. This lamp which is made by Soldier Story Toys features a magnificent large luxury collection of lights. The lamp also features a smaller Rodimus Prime holding upt the Matrix. There is no mention of a release date but keep it here at Seibertron.com for more news on this piece as well as for all your Transformers news.

I'm guessing somewhere in the "more than I'd like to pay" price-range..the only thing close to a lamp that I had similar was that 25th anniversary Mega Man statue. That I unboxed, turned on, realized I had no where to put it, re-boxed, and sold it within a few weeks :lol:

That was $100 bucks, totally worth it. It was simple though. This'll be $200+ and super fancy!

Anyone else think Rodimus shoulda been tiny? I think he shoulda been tiny. It would cut the price down by $30 :lol:

I'm rewatching Unicron stuff right now, he really was scaled all over the place :lol:

Pretty much every Unicron toy released by Hasbro since the Cybertron line has been marketed as a Decepticon, most likely for brand consistency (i.e. - the Decepticons are the evil guys, Unicron is an evil guy, therefore Unicron is sold as a Decepticon).

Tiny or not included. Since he is included it creates an unrealistic scale. Which creates disappointment (for me).

I would hope he'd be removable. I can nearly overlook the price of it but that ... bleh. Really off-putting.

I finally got a chance to look at that thing on a larger screen and just dayum :shock:

With all them ditty dots of light I bet a corner display would look super cool, or even better yet higher up towards the ceiling. Hot Rod, I can ignore, but that projector is just silly. Seems like you can have it off though.

So what's the price speculation? I'm afraid to even toss out a number I'd be willing to sell a kidney for yet.
