Angel would probably win, although I wouldn't count Spike out.
Claiming Fox News has real journalists is like claiming Twilight has real vampires, it's just illogical.

Angel is, I believe, bigger and stronger so he should win. However, it's all too easy for a weapon to be turned against its user. If Angel tries to stake Spike, he might miss and then Spike might grab the stake and use it against Angel. Much depends on the circumstances: alertness, strength, speed, luck, obstacles, help, other combatants and so forth.
Of course, Angel had his own spin-off series, which could be the clincher!
