Finally found DOTM Guzzle for £5 in asda living, wasnt sure of him at first but once i had him out and transformed i actually realy like him now.

he's the first transformer ive bought in a month or two.

CV Legion

Soundwave:

The SLS is pretty cool. The botmode took five steps back in articulation
compared to the ROTF Legends Soundwave. I guess you can say that for all DOTM
Legion figures. I do like the leg transformation and speakers. It's Soundwave.
I couldn't resist. One down, two to go.

Deluxe

Air Raid:

The design of this figure took me by suprise. In botmode I like the
detail, arm weapon, and Mechtech shield. The Mechtech would be better if it
could lock in place. His overall look reminds me of an ancient guard of The
Roman Empire. The jet mode is refreshing for a deluxe. His radar dish, detailed
fans in the jet engines and clear windows of the cockpit is a different look
for the Aerialbot I knew from G1. The only complaint I have is his scale is
too small, even for Cyberverse. CV Legion Starscream is too small for CV, but
he seems to be the only figure in scale with Air Raid. *Sigh*!! A display in
progress. :-B

Finally got DotM Barricade. Whoa, what an improvement over the original deluxe mold! Glad to add him to my movie collection.

I feel the same, Dout I'll have my org barricade out now.

Sadly broke mine on first transform... Moved barri's ankle/foot SLIGHTLY too far back and BAM his foot flew off across the room and the ankle joint has 2 bad stress marks & looseness..... Cant be bothered to replace so wedged a lil blu-tac and good as new lol.

I picked up a handfull of DOTM deluxes for 50% off recently, love christmas sales :grin:

Deluxe
Dark Steel

: I like the color and head sculp homage to Quickstrike. Add in the dark brown
plastic, his light piping and having the doors as wings in botmode gives him a
unique look, setting him apart from Sideswipe. It doesn't seem like he's just
another repaint. In vmode I like the paint scheme, red windows and the peanut butter
dashboard. My only gripe is he can't hold his mechtech too well, but still, he's
worth picking up. >:oP

Picked up DOTM Deluxe Air Raid today at Target. By the way, Target is selling two-packs of Deluxes for $9.99 now. Like Wal-mart's power core combiners effort, they basically just taped two Deluxes together and slapped a "not for resale" sticker over the UPC bar codes on the bottom of each.

I recently got DotM deluxe Air Raid (the green one). I actually like his flail-arm and shield.'

I also got Cyberverse Legion Soundwave and Commander Hatchet. Soundwave is cool enough, but Hatchet is awesome!

I wasn't even really looking for him (I was looking for G.I.Joe stuff), but I found Junkheap and Sky Shadow last night at my Target. Wahoo!

I only picked up Junkheap though. I should have gotten Sky Shadow too; I don't know why I didn't...

EDIT: Oh, and I found Air Raid at Walgreen's, but didn't buy him.

Back last July, I bought a Ultimate Optimus Prime from Ebay for 130$ total. Why? They said that he would only come to Canada in December 2011. Of course, UOP came out over here in August, for 99$. Just a few weeks later, the obvious special prices of 70-85$ came in. If only I had waited just a little...

But you know what?

I just bought my second one today... at 50$(+taxes)!!! At Walmart. And that, is not counting the 10$ deluxes.

That second UOP will stay sealed in box. Let's hope it will be worth something in a few years.

Yes, he left a dent in the coin purse but HOLY COW is he worth it! Got at ToyArenas booth at Frank & Son's.
