Wow! Looks great! So good I'm slightly tempted.
Just looked at my OG Tilt to see if he had any detailing that resembled the radio tuner, but no dice.
I'd guess it's just Repro's attempt at emulating silly 80's techno graphics. Kinda love it when they do that. The dumber the better, even.

That it does. I've only done one other full figure set but normally I don't feel they add much or are to my liking. This set could make a believer out of me.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Wow, that makes a world of differenceIt looks great!
On to other figures. I forget how rad the Siege Lambro mold is. Super nice mini MP transformation to a tight bot and sexy Futurghini™.

Two fire lambos enter, one burns up in flames!

or gets sold - tomayto, tamahto...
Still a real shame about that not matching not painted bit on all of the variants. Makes me wanna get the G2 set and do some parts swapping.

Red's deco and colors just pop! That dark ass red is just delightful. Service vehicles are just the coolest. If I had to pick, I'd stick with Swipe. Can't beat a red Lambo!Cobotron wrote:I don't know why, but I think I like him even better than Swipe.

Pop quiz, what's more awesome: service vehicles or construction vehicles. Don't over think it, go with your gut. yeah I know asking collectors to not over think is asking a lot
Edit: my vote is construction vehicles hands down no take backs

I literally Googled, "rodent indigenous to Louisiana Bayou".
It came up with all this stuff about how invasive and poopy they are.

Us "city folk" don't see too much exotic critters. Lots of squirrels and pigeons though. Both rats in their own right that I dislike, where I'm pretty indifferent to nutria.

Hey, how bout some Full-tilt alt-mode pics?

I think the repro set looks good with all of the two official stickers.
skipped the "cell shade" and just stickered Necro. The wheel stickers were a PITA to install, but look like paint. Actually all the stickers are very thin and look like they belong. The engine stickers were an even bigger pain, but really add something. I really dig the weapon stickers, is legit the right word here?
Well I'm running out of WTF is on my desk room, so back to Trypticon you go lil buddy

Gen Kup just can't stop photo-bombing

Talk about combining scissoring sisters...
Pics and ****!

Dat pew pew tickle gun!

Doesn't peg or stay in, but fashion is supposed to hurt.

Slight polish of this pile of unstable ladies.

To the shelf cubby with you, that dust won't collect itself you know.

Closerer...

When did Arcee become a tiny T-Rex?

The shelf looks empty now, guess there is room to dance after all

And that is a nicely put together group of ladies too! I might do the same eventually with mine, making a gal shelf to rule them all

Re: Cary's TF Collection and Photos
I take the pics and I don't do anything with them. So here is SiegeWarp and SiegeFire.
Siege Skywarp in what ever order they got uploaded.

I like this mold and I think Skywarp may wear it best. We'll see once my boy Thundercracker gets released. That not quite black dark gunmetal grey is tops and he has some sweet light piping. Nothing new to see here if you have Starscream, just another shelf filler. Don't care much for the BMs that he comes with outside of them being shelf fillers. Fracas is with TR Scourg; Shrute waits in the box for Spinister to be released and Axadactyl will spend his days forever trapped in the box.
Siege Jetfire. He big, he rad!

He's a big boy and I can't help but feel that he looks like a nice 3P figure when looking at him on my desk. He looks MP when nakey and CHUG when armored up, so good jerb Hasbro! Ultimately he is just too damn big for my Neo G1 shelves and he'll end up with the MPs.
He's 'uge! I was trying some alternative weapon load outs as I don't like the big thing on the back of the jet look.

Here he is looking giant on a random shelf. Even dwarfing MP Megatron.

With the MPs not fitting in.

Final resting place, fitting in.

Yeah, he's big, bigger than MP Magnus
I took a bunch of pics of the weapons and stuff, but most of them are old news. Here are a few that may not have been highlighted before.

The arm cannons are not really meant to be pulled apart, but they open up a few unique options.

These un-peg but I haven't really found any benefit yet. The butt end make some spiffy pistols for other bots though.
I like him both fully armored and stripped down, but considering he is hanging with the MP crew, he stays naked until play time. Jet mode is rock solid and fun to whoosh around the house and knock people out with. It's a little gappy dawg, but nothing a little imagination spackle can't fix ... imagispackle?

Re: Cary's TF Collection and Photos
Now with that out of the way, let's talk about PredaKOng.
Got the final piece today. The sword
It's quite large.

But maybe my hand and cat don't give a true sense of scale. Shall we get accurate?

Yes, it's just over a foot long
It also does this because of the way it combines.

Did I not mention that was the combined form

I'm guessing each one is for a Predacon team member? I'm too lazy to tear down Predaking and honestly, they look jank AF! Fortunately this doesn't detract from the combined weapon.
Pretty

But Cary, "how does it look with Predaking?" Well I'm glad I asked.
BADASS, BTW.

While I wouldn't say the sword is heavy, but it is a little too heavy for Preds. The elbow joint has a hard time as do the fingers. The sword pegs in nice and firm to the hand, but its a single round pegs so it wants to tip and open the hand up. He lack of elbow articulation isn't helping.

Look ma, no fingers

So he'll just stay in this cool stoic pose (as if I ever do anything any different).
