Well, I was gonna make a new thread, but I guess it fits in here...

What happened to this place? I mean, this board...I haven't been around over 5 years, and it has changed so much. It used to be so busy and full of posters, now it's like tumbleweeds. No one around. Is it because people left, or because the boards are divvied up by categories and it just doesn't seem so busy...?

And I also see very few old faces...

As for just what happened, I think it is a bunch of things. People left, others stayed but changed. Some of the once goofy members are now more serious. The community is still cool, but no where near as fun as when I first joined.

I miss the old days :sad:

Yeah, no kidding it's not as fun...I see mostly the old mods and admins are the same...are they stricter? Or do people just not care about having as much fun? They come here for info or maybe HMW and that's it? Wow. I remember this place where we could get into shenanigans and had a good couple hours of fun. Not flaming, maybe a bit of spam (am I even allowed to say the "S-word?") and just had a good time. Ah, the good old days, yes...

I've only been here for a little over year so I can only comment on what I've seen since I've been here.

It does seem like posting (and members) tends to come and go. I know myself that there are times when I post 20 times in a day and then others where I might not for a few weeks.

I will say that I am entertained by the opinions of many people here currently, and Rodimus Prime, you have joined that list.

I thanks you. I've been on a few lists here before (not all of them good) mostly because of my big mouth (so to speak) but it was all in fun.
