The Energon Pub

So I'm in a little bit of a dilemma, I really really like NECA's Alien figures I think they're grate while I hate them at the same time.
The first I got was the original Alien (the xenomorph) from the first film "Alien", it came with a broken-off foot right out of the package it took me 3 days to finally figure out how to best repair it but other than that I was pleased with it.
Now I just recently (well yesterday) bought the Drone Alien from Aliens and damn is that an awesome figure and f**k is mine sh*tty. it has like blades on it#s arms that snapped off the moment I moved the elbows, then the ball-jointed waist broke off after I tried to move it the same way the original Alien does, then the same happened with it's head.

I'm sure I could fix it but seriously it cost me quite a bit of money to get and it brakes itself when you try to use it's joints?
Do you know if NECA would replace it with a new and hopefully good one anybody have experience with them and would they do it internationally?
