Nope haven't got my doc yet but I figure with olympics having been in china and all things are going to take longer to arrive. Since the government over in china pretty much shut everything down during the olympics so we have to wait a little longer for stuff to start shipping out again. The antenna on Lt. falcons radio isn't removable so I think there is something wrong with version you got.

Wow. Now I regret watching the Olympics. Well the antenna is in the box and it does look like it can come out. Maybe I have some rare variant? I can hope. Anyway I popped the Iron Grenaider out of his package and immediately noticed that one foot was bent crooked but I was able to bend it back. His sheath was bent up so even when you bring his belt around it's floating in mid air. I am disappointed that there was no holster for his laser but both hands hold his weapons well. I especially like they reissued his original Uzi and didn't just use Snake Eyes'. The comic showed Techno-Vipers so perhaps we may see them somewhere down the line.

I was skimming around BBTS last night and saw the listing for Artic SE. I had forgotten that he was supposed to come with two swords. I wonder what happened to the other one.

I haven't got any of the other comic two packs yet but I think I will at least pick up the iron Grenaider one provided I don't find animated swoop or ultra magnus or the other three deluxe universe classic figures.

Be on the look out for a variant pack that features Destro with a black head. I don't know if it is black chrome or not.

Thanks for the heads up on figure variant since I already have gold head iron Grenaider destro and at least three different version of silver mask destro. I will be look for the black mask version of destro I found the gold version today a toy r us but passed because I really like the black mask version

I opened up the Falcon/Immortal two pack today and found Falcon to be surprisingly enjoyable and depressing at the same time. Besides the removable antennae the whole radio is removable which is a nice touch. The knife is a new mold as well as his shotgun. The only disappointment is the use of a Duke body which includes the dreaded Duke arms. Another big negative is the lack of side arm to go into his holster, I would've cut them a check to include the .45 cal that Duke and Flint have. I'm thinking of giving him an Auto-9 from when I order from Marauders. All in all a good figure and I'm especially grateful for the added peg on the stand since the pack makes him a bit top heavy.

I always thought Lt. falcon was related to duke so maybe that is why they used duke body to make the figure. But I could be wrong and it was only in the movie that they were related.

I think in the comic as well as the movie they are both half-brothers.

I asked on Hisstank and the people who replied said that the relation was just in the cartoon and not the comic.

I don't make fun of cosplayers because I respect their enthusiasm to dress up whereas I'm way too shy to do that.

But I think this guy from NY Anime Fest went a little overboard with the accessories. At least the mask looks great. :CON:

Well the single packs are winding down before Resolution but there are a few gems. MASK is one, (please buy him, if it sells we get MASK reissues, help a brother out guys); Wraith, and the new Zartan; the FUBAR swamp skimmer aside it is a good figure. Other than that the Battle and vehicle packs look promising although I'm still bummed about the '86 movie; then again I still believe we will see a Sgt. Slaughter at some point. Other than that you have the 12"ers but it really looks like no one is buying them and I can't blame them. I have all of them thus far but have only opened two and was burned on both. Happy hunting.

On another note, I forget who it was but someone had the great idea to bombard Hasbro with complaints if we don't get our Docs. If someone could be kind to post the telephone number and snail mail address for their customer service we should start pre positioning the troops now.

Toy News International has images of an upcoming wave of G.I. Joe Comic 2 packs.

There is the Fred disguised as Cobra Commander vs Gung-Ho, Iron Grenadier with Cobra Viper, and Deep Six with Rock 'N' Roll.
They gave Rock 'N' Roll new arms, replacing the Duke Arms. Looks like Hasbro meant it when they said they were getting rid of them.
I think they should have given us the original G.I. Joe that appears in the comic that comes with the IG and Cobra Viper instead of one of those two, though I still like that the pack is a troop builder one and I hope they'll do more of them. Maybe we'll see him eventually.

So they're now doing a Q&A with transformers like they do with GI Joe. Everyone is so excited I hate to tell them that the folks at Hasbro have fancier foot work than the folks on Dancing with the Stars when it comes to dodging questions. I will admit the Joe guys do give a straight answer when they can. That gets me thinking, how come we're not part of the Joe Q&A? This is the only site I go to to talk about Joes and I think we can be prety pithy sometimes.

I finally picked up the Viper. Now I knew his arms were screwed up by every review I've ever seen on him but I've also read that he was 'complete garbage' and 'not worth the money'. Now yeah his arms are terrible and it's hard to get him to hold his rifle and look normal, so to say, but he isn't garbage. If it wasn't for his goofy arms, he'd be a perfect army building troop considering the basic Trooper isn't single carded.

On a side note, I still can't find neither of the HISS Tanks. I only need ONE! ARGH!

Have you looked online? That’d be about the only place if you wanted a Target HISS. Also, they aren’t shipping out regular HISS tanks in the current assortments right now, so that might be part of your problem.

As for the Viper, yeah, he’s SERIOUSLY underrated. I absolutely love him! But have you seen the Viper and Iron Grenadier comic-pack? I’ll be buying quite a few of those myself.

Today I managed to get ahold of the Target exclusive cobra rattler amazing figure if your able to find it worth picking up especial if your into collecting the vehicle as well as the figures.

G1Blaster.There should be 2 more chances this year for another H.I.S.S. Tank. The upcoming Ultimate Battlepack that Target will have in November/December has a red H.I.S.S. in it, and I heard there is an Arctic Tank being released, which would go great with the exclusive Extreme Conditions Arctic pack that is out/will be out.

Two questions guys:

1) Did we ever learn CC real name? I know in Declassified we're introduced to a guy named Fred who is supposed to be CC but I only have issue one. How did that play out?

2) If Flint and Duke are both part of Tiger Force who is leading the regular Joe team? How come they never did a Python Patrol CC? Imagine the new siegie body done in the PP colors.
