Outback has already shown up in Spotlight Kup.
Repugnes' spark can be seen spotlight Arcee. Rollout can also be seen there as a guard.

I'm fairly certain that most of the others you've mentioned have already showed up in some capacity (like a cameo in the Megatron Origins story).
