So we all know there will most likely be an Avengers movie in the near future. Hulk's accounted for, Iron Man we all know very well about, bringing in Tony Stark, Black Widow and Colonel Fury - Thor is in production right now, and Captain America will be later on as well. I am happy about the comic filled summer movies for the next few years. I find Marvel movies always try to please the comic book fans rather than the general public as a whole.
Now onto DC. Will we ever see a live-action Justice League of America in our time? Is it possible? Ryan Reynolds will be Green Lantern for years to come. They could possibly use some of the Smallville cast, and Batman is well defined. What do you guys think? Has DC declined doing such a thing?

We could definitely see a JLA live action movie in the foreseeable future. However, a question I have is whether it will it be a standalone movie using a specific cast or will it be like what Marvel is attempting in its proposed several movie tie-in plan.
Another factor to consider is how the ownership of various properties could affect making a proper JLA movie. I believe that legal issues involving the Batman movies by Christopher Nolan caused Green Arrow to be used in place of Batman in Smallville.

A JLA movie is not unimaginable, but as Convotron said, I too doubt it will be as big as the Avengers movie - just think about the movie-long DC cartoons - as much of them are out, each of them has their own micro-continuity (that's what I don't like - DC Animated universe was one of the best created, and they could have made more movies that broaden those stories, like Return of the Joker)

Then you may not be aware of Daredevil, Howard the Duck, Blade Trinity, Ghost Rider, Elektra, Punisher War Zone, and just about any movie done before 2000 that they felt the need to reboot recently.

In a Galaxy Far Far Awry issue 1: Serial Fiction Sideshow now for sale.
Issue 2: Home Sweet Home Invasion also for sale.
Back issue 3: Technophobia coming soon. And you can help!

I'd say it's possible.
Though Ryan Reynolds is playing Hal Jordan, I've heard he's also up for the role of Wally West.

I'd say it be a very confusing move to have Ryan be both Hal and Wally.
Wally fits with his personality a bit better than Hal.
With that said, I don't think Chris Nolan's Batman is the type to join in with other costumed superheroes. but if they can keep the JLA tone serious enough it may just work.

I think Christian Bale said he's not interested in doing a Justice League movie. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he did join a possible Justice League movie if they threw tons of money at him.
If Warner Bros. is having a hard time getting Superman greenlit, then I can't imagine seeing Justice League anytime soon.

If it turns out to be anything like the JSA's appearance in Smallville then i'd bloody hope it never happens.
In fact if a JLA movie were to happen you wouldn't want anyone involved with Smallville near it and keep Christian Bale far away from it as well.

Not most likely, it is going to happen. Why do you think they are doing all of this setup?
As for Justice league, I have to find the article but if I remember it correctly it mentioned something about a JL movie after the 2012 reboot of Superman.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

After Nolan finishes Batman, he is rebooting Superman. I would say we might see a Justice League movie by 2014.
I'm not holding my breath, I don't see Batman fitting into it without making him look weird have less affect then he does in the reboot versions. I guess if you have a good director then it could work. But I think it's along shot.
