Quoted for truth!!
Cheers for letting me back into the fold! Ireland's good - actually the weather was outstanding for once. I'm moving over to Northern Ireland by the end of this year so it was just checking out places and figuring out how to do the move.
Ironically the 'buy loads of Transformers' bug has hit me again when I'm trying to limit the amount of stuff I'm sending. Bugger!

Why Ireland? Is it for the landscape/you like the place or do you have family there? Or is it for work?

Cliffjumper arrived today and Play.com's idea of packaging and mine must differ quite a lot. He was casually tossed into an oversize jiffy bag so the blister pack's bashed in and the cardboard backing's battered. I was going to keep it on display in the (unbord) kids room until they were old enough but given the state of the box that's not going to happen (fortunately I get to play with it now so not a great loss!).
It might be on sale but do yourselves a favour if you're gonna buy it spend the extra £2.00 and pick it up yourself!

For the Guinness!
Seriously though, my Fiance has family there and she wants to move back home. Plus the standard of living is generally better and the pace of life is more relaxed.
At the moment I live within Zone 5 in London and the amount of Chavs in this area drive me mad. Plus people in London are downright rude and stupid. Commuting is no fun.
Thankfully I can take Seibertron.com with me and I'll probably be making a number of trades as the toy shops are pants

I could not agree more (although I find a good deal of the South East to be frightfully rude, to be honest). I don't like the commute, either.
Anyway, I hope it goes well. I've heard it's lovely.

Is anyone compiling a Reprolabels order I could get in on? I have quite a substantial number of sheets I want but I don't have Paypal. If I could send someone a cheque so they can add my stuff to their order like we did with the RDD labels that would be great. Anyone?

Hey, happy birthday, Red!
I too am thinking about ordering some Classics of Play, especially since I can't find Downshift anywhere.

I know, he was everywhere. I should've just bought him, budget be damned, but I had to act all sensible.

Looks like I'll be ordering of TRU this weekend.
Anyway, 23 is a good age. One gets all the bonuses of being considered an adult while maintaining youth and energy.

Nice one! I only ever owned the Car Robots Black Convoy version of that mold, but it was always one of my favourites. The figure has great articulation without the use of ball joints too.

I had him once. I had the G2 Laser Rod Prime version.
Till my mom threw him out
Manage to lose all the blue discs on the same day I got him

I'll tell you anyway

I opened it, put it into base mode, and loaded the disc launcher.
I rammed the button down, and aimed wildly. Discs went everywhere
Only ever found one though XD
