Alt Sunstreaker Updated with Bludgeon wip pics
Well like everyone a while back i took an extra deadend and painted him as Sunstreaker But now I finally got a real Sunstreaker and did some touch up repainting (Chest, Arms, Hands, Hips, Feet Tail Lights: Swaped out the first repaints red tail lights for the Blue ones that the official SS came with) Now he looks more like Sunstreaker in bot mode Car mode I haven't decieded if im gonna change it (Remove Stripes or Replace them) Like I did on my First version the Strips were along the sides instead of the top.
But Now I have an extra DE/SS Which may end up becoming ether Brakedown or Wildrider (Leaning towards Wildrider with a reverse paint sceme ie: Deadends G-1 paint sceme) but the Head will go for a future Hoist with some mods...
I'll take pics of both Sunstreakers and also my in progress Bludgeon....Still need a skull head/Samurai helmet for him.

Bludgeon W.I.P.
Botmode

Carmode

Still Needs more work, better head/sword and some touchups and i gotta remove the "energonpower" from the windsheild but how to do it with out damaging the plastic????
Someone told me I should use him for Wildrider or Thrust instead....maybe because of the gold parts but i need to find a matching paint for the original orange....

Interesting. The colors look nice, but I don't exactly recognize it as Bludgeon. hm... the inner robot was... green and... orange? but his head looks more like the inner robot than the outter shell. (not that I remember that either)

It looks cool that's all that really matters so if you want to paint it flourescent pink and call it Bludgeon, then by all means do so!

You can find a good Tangelo Pearl paint at Wal*Mart in their model section, made by Kustom Kolor. It's the same color I used to paint my Alternator Bludgeon.

Ok so I started making a Skull/Helmet out of Super Sculpy im trying to cram as much detail into the skull/Helmet as i can hopefully once i cook it it'll shrink down slightly and be the right size.
But since it's a Kitbash/Scratchbuild(Head)/Repaint... lol where do i enter it in the Contest we got going on?

In homage to the Form of Transformer Martial Arts Bludgeon is a master of.
And oh yea the reason Why I made this thread in the first place
My original Version Of Sunstreaker (Car) Versus The Official Version With Minor Re-paints

Which as a car mode do you guys like Side Stripes or top Stripes?

The 'Streaker mod looks good. How about transforming him? Does the intake thing fit when he transforms, or is it removable?
As for Bludgeon, he looks really nice, but he doesn't really scream Bludgeon at me. If anything, he probably should have been gold with the red chest etc. - as it is he does look far more like Dead End (not that that's a bad thing). Maybe the skull will make a big difference.
By the way, Bludgeon was green with brown innards. And he uses Metallikato, not Metalliko - I reckon just 'Metallikato' would look better across the windshield than 'Metalliko Power'. Or maybe 'Tracey' and 'Dave'.

"Metallikato" is the word i was going for i just forgot how it was spelled

But im not going for the inner robot look im going for the Samurai armor look of the outer pretender shell im gonna check Hot Topic and Torid (Two of the Alternative style/Goth stores in the mall, Thanks gawd6sic6 for the heads up) sometime next week to see if i can find a skull that will fit propperly with some mods and a homemade Samurai helmet out of Super Sculpy. Ultimately This is what im going for:

With some details filled in on the skull too.
But when I do make Dead End I will possibly use the same Paint Technic I used on Bludgeon Clear Red over Gloss Purple Tamiya paint works best for that

Then after that The Alt Dinobots and an American Redcross Advertisment Vehicle for Alt Ratchet (Yes I seen the real life Scion X-b done up as one) it's all white with the Redcross symbol and the "Suport your local American Redcross" their natonal hotline number and web address in red print, I think it's only fitting for Ratchet

I was going to suggest keeping the windcharger head as the innerhead and using one of the helmets from the Ronin Warriors/Samurai Troopers toy line that can be found at kaybee and other outlet toy stores
think mutant mask from beast wars
great job

It's a possiblity I was thinking Talpa's Mask would be a great choice for it it was my original consideration but i haven't been able to find a loose one as i don't want to destroy the only one i have.

hmm and i got these Fangs from an extra Gundam wing Shen-Long dragon head arm that would look good as a crest...I'll have to dig my Tulpa head out of storage and try it on the WC head to see how it works I could probbly even store it in the Engine compartment since i don't need the engine gun.
and for the extra head i'll let you know in a few days

That looks pretty awesome, there. From what I can see, though, I have one tiny suggestion. Maybe you could add a little putty to the brow and extend it down, to give his eye sockets a more sinister expression..?
Look forward to seeing him in full light!

Well Since I just said last night aw F*&K it and dremeled the back of the head out with enough space for the balljoint I was thinking of giving him a slanted bone/Eye brow look I still need to get a Samurai Helmet as i don't think Tulpa's helmet i was gonna get off Vanishing Point will fit over the head but I guess if i remove the interior stuff that's blocking it and take out the face mask the rest of the helmet might fit...
