Question:
So I get my tax refund and decide to splurge. After buying Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Super Paper Mario for the Wii, I decide to buy toys. The problem is, I couldn't decide between Mp-03 Starscream or MP-05 Megatron. I ended up Ordering MP-03.
1. Did I make a wise choice?
2. Did I make the right choice?
3. Which would you have bought?

1. Wise enough.
2. No, Megatron was probably a better idea, especially if you won any form of Masterpiece Prime. (I own the first American version, with the burn marks, and no trailer.)
3. Definitely MP-05. Then, I'd have Prime and Megs pose together. A promotional photo-shoot, if you will, for nothing in particular.

I have a $500 computer. It's got crazy features. But it doesn't boot. We don't know EXACTLY what's wrong with it, but we've got a pretty good idea it's a cracked motherboard. (The people who gave it too us dropped it)
I have two choices:
1) Have a friend of mine check it out to see what's wrong with it, then either my dad or the friend will fix it, which could possibly lead to...
2) Sell it to the aforementioned friend. It's a $500 computer, but I'd drop the price to $300, to compensate for whatever's wrong. I'd use this money to buy a Wii and an extra Wiimote+Nunchuck for Tha Tweezrrr to play along.
What should I do?
EDIT: I should mention that, either way, I'm getting an excellent piece of machinery.

Honestly, I wouldn't know. If fixing it is expensive, then sell it. If it isn't, fix it.

I live just outside of Detroit near Allen Park, Dearborn, Lincoln Park and Taylor. Basically where I-75 and I-94 meet. Most of the jobs at Mackinac provide housing.
I'd sell it unless you need it. Motherboards can be a bitch sometimes.

I've changed my mind. I'm selling the 40Gig hard drive, and the 256 memory stick as a $100 bundle, BUT I'm willing to go as low as $80.
Did I make a good deal?
Also, Tweezrrr, you can tell Robert Norwood about this BUT NO ONE ELSE! We have to keep this low-key. Keep the circle small, you know?

The Happy Locust-
1&2. Whatever makes you happy.
3. Personally, I would've gone with Megs.
Rodimus_Lantern-
1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Wal-Mart.
4. Go for it.
Rodimus_Lantern-
1. Didn't notice them.
2. Probably. That's where the smart money is.
Sonic-

Is it weird that I refer to my brain as a corporate facility?
