Which one do you like the best? Brave Maximus or Fortress Maximus? Is there really any major differences between them?
Which series does Brave Maximus come from and what is his origin of creation and by whom? I know Fortress was created by Spike on the planet Nebolos.
I recently purchased Brave Maximus to face off against Fortress Maximus, and made him a Deception Nemesis! Check out the pics:

Brave Maximus was the Japanese name for Fortress maximus in Car Robots/Robots in Disguise.
In Car Robots/RID he was a cybertronian city hidden away on earth. He also could be powered up by children.
As to wich is better it's a matter of opinion. I personally like Brave's color scheme more.

Don't have Grand Maximus...would love to see pics of him! I'm prone to lean in favor of Brave Maximus. In my part of the country, they pulled the RID series early on, didn't get to see what happen past the merging of Prime and Ultra Magnus! Didn't know how Brave Maximus fit into the picture! Guess I'll have to look into buying the RID series.

The purist in me wants the original Fort Max, but I prefer the RID Brave Max color scheme.
Your Fort Max needs dusting!
Fort Max had a different storyline in the Marvel comics. Although he did eventually binary bond with Spike, he had a Nebulon headmaster who died and Spike replaced him. Fort Max started out as a sentient bot and leader of a group of autobots on Cybertron while Prime was away. His first appearance was in the 4 part Headmasters comic series.
