Dilemma: to buy or not to buy? HELP!!!

Postby DvDqNoC » Mon Jul 30, 2007 9:04 pm

Well, as you might already know from another thread I have created, I am debating whether I should get a movie voyager or not. I was hesitant about doing so previously, because I simply felt they were not worth the money, and that they didnt look that well.

Well, I've finally been out voyager hunting lately - only to find that NO stores have any voyagers. Sad, I know. Well today, I went to a Target nearby, and they had 4 Voyager Ratchets -- first time ive seen a voyager in a store in a looong time.

My dilemma is here: should i just buy Ratchet? Because when stores finally restock, they will only have new waves right? So no Ironhide, Starscream, etc? Will this be my only chance to get an old wave voyager? Or should I keep looking for a better voyager such as Ironhide somewhere else? Help!

Wal-Mart is doing their Christmas toy dept reset this weekend. Usually, but not allways, after a department reset they will stock it with everything that they have in the backroom, then they won't touch it again untill next year.

Hold off untill after the reset, all the Wal-Marts should be well stocked in the next few weeks.

I;m going to agree with Loki, wait for the resets and buy either Starscream or Ironhide, while Ratchet is a good transformer he seem pretty bland because of his like of paint apps, while both Starscream and Ironhide have both pretty good transformations and a decent number of paint apps. Starscream has the coolest automorph and Ironhide has a very involved transformation, the end result for both is a pretty cool looking transformer.
