Personally id say big convoy and leo convoy wouldnt count as they are completly serperate charactes - Optimus primal even teams up with leo convoy tanks to some time travel in the beast wars 2 movie.
The origonal gorilla form has had the most versios in japan there was availible at general release:
The origonal version of the mold in the standard colours
Burning convoy - depicing the matrix chaged apperance in BW2
Clear version
Transformers Universe Colour scheme
Beast wars reborn remolded version
The new metallic version
there were also at least 2 lucky draw figures one being enirly gold and one with a blue and red colourscheme
The transmetal version had 2 releases as well one in standard show colours and one came in a two pack with megatron where all the transmetal parts were replaced with silver or gold.
Optimal Optimus
Robotmasters beast convoy had normal, burning and (i think) black colourschemes and was rereleased in a more show accurate colour.
There were 2 colours of the optimus primal deluxe figure produced for the 10th anniversery line and released in the cybertron line
The Dawn of futures past pre- earth optimus primal.
Ill have to let some one else fill in the blanks for beast machine but from what i remember:
Deluxe Primal
Blast punch
Air attack
I suppose the answer to your question is LOADS
PS please correct me if im wrong or have missed any of the many many primals out there
