I do not see what is up with these things. It seems you just pull it back and it transforms and thats it. But why would one pay ten bucks for one if thats all it dose?

and since youre that young, your mom would just be like "okay, ill get you this frickin' toy so you can shut up", and she wont care about the price.

But it's at that point TFs become ingrained in your head. Hasbro was smart coming out with figures for younger kids.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw them in the stores.
I also want to add on to what GetterDragun said. Hasbro was smart to make versions of the characters available not only for different age groups but in different price ranges too.

I bought Barricade (and will buy Optimus when I see him again!)
I thought that these would be pull back action toys too, but they are not.
Simply click the "robot" mode down onto the car, place on a smooth surface (does not have to be flat, these things dont mind slopes at all.), let go, and the "robot" mode will automatically click up, and the toy will rush on forward. Everytime you lick the "robot" mode down, it recharges the motor.
Simply switch a lever on the undercarriage of the toy, then push the "robot" mode down, and it will stay in car mode until the switch is flicked back.
The kiddies love it, the cats hate it, and best of all, it keeps both away from my actual collection!

Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.
