It is the same mold with slight differences on it. Especially the horn on the head and there is also no fold out seat/compartment on the back.

Seat compartment?

I thought only Zoids have these compartments.

Any toy that came from the Microman or Microchange line will have seats. That is why most of the G1

's have seats.
