Is it worth buying him...?

For me Personally i like the Rescue Ratchet repaint better then the first Ratchet and the Metallic repaint. He really doesnt look ( from the pictures i have seen) all that different. Unless the metallic paint on Ratchet makes you wet you're pants id say hold off and nab one of the other two (easier to get and cheaper imo).

However i picked up the metallic repaint of Megatron off eBay and he just arrived like 10 mins ago and i must say he looks bloody awsome. He recieved better attention to the repaint then Ratchet and if you like the movie megs but hated his toys the metallic Megs looks just like he did in the movie ( as he should have in the first place).

I also bought the Metallic Megatron and it is awesome, my only movie Megatron as I returned my leader version when I bought the Best Buy version. Ratchet I passed on because I have the original voyager and it wasnt enough of a difference to justify the purchase. But if you want to stay movie correct purchase either the original or metallic version.

I just got them both yesterday. I love Voyager Megatron to begin with, but this paint job is much, much better. Evxept the eyes, he has Leader Brawl eyes, where they're red but are just clear eyes that have been colored in. They're not red plastic eyes. Movie Ratchet really blows, just my opinion I know, but IMO Ratchet stinks. The metallic Ratchet is much, much nicer than the original, and I don't care about Rescue Ratchet, so I like metal Ratchet the best.

My photos aren't all that wonderful, but I thought I'd share them anyways! The color is just different IMO to help warrant the purchase if you don't already own him. If you already DO have the first version, I don't know if it's worth it. The metallic paint job looks really good, but I don't know if it stands out enough to buy the SAME figure twice...

I like him, but I wish they would use black screws on these things.
