Wow, here's one I can't believe hasn't been mentioned:
The Black Lantern Corps.
(Edit: Okay, not an individual per se, but still...)

zombie multiple man. each hit produces more hungry zombies. a blast from a shotgun would create hundreds. them fighting threw eachother creates more. endless zombies from 1 man. its rediculously overpowered.

Burn:Anyone notice how much of a boring party pooper N_V is? He doesn't join in the fun, he's spent the last few years with dodgy builds feeding XP to the Autobots, and he sure as heck doesn't spam.

That's just a twist on Multiple Wendigos. In an alternate reality Jamie was lost in the Canadian wilderness and forced to eat one of his clones to survive. The curse of the Wendigo descended upon him. Wendigo is Hulk level strength. And each blow to him creates another one. That's overpowered.

It's best to assume every link I post is NSFW, and every post I make is just me taking the piss.

Your powers of observation are most astute.
Thats probably why Merc said "That's just a twist on Multiple Wendigos"
Not that the Wendigo was a zombie.
