Hate to be a negative nelly but those colours just don't flatter the molds at all, it's the pastel orange... yuck, looks cheap and nasty.
I liked the nutty G1 colour scheme much more.
This is still a TF Club exclusive right?

As far as we know, yes. It is still a Club exclusive.
We don't know if you need to be registered to buy it, or if the club store is just the only place to buy it. (You needn't be a member to buy from it.)
Could always buy junker or incomplete G1 bots and use the accessories from this set.

I really dig 'em.
I'm not a member of the collector's club, but I may become one.
Let me get this straight.
I drop $40 to the collector's club and they send me some cheesy kitsch. I assume that I will get either a newsletter or E-mail blast, letting me know about their exclusives.
Once Piranaking is available I go to the club drop some more $ with a discount 'cause I'm a member, right?
I think that is how it would work, but I don't know. Does anyone else have any further insight?

Love the mold tho and glad to see its making a come back out of obscurity - will abominus be next?
Yeah, I agree about the color scheme. It just doesn't do it for me. The God Neptune color scheme is the best on this toy for me personally. Even the G1 colors kind of make me cringe a little.
Still love the toy!

Yeah, I'll be picking up the re-issue Seacons, but I am seriously contemplating getting God Neptune. He's been on my want list for about a year now. I don't know if getting both will be worth it.

Now, I am a big supporter of the Collector's Club.
I have to say though, that they have done a horrible job of communicating after BotCon.
They milked their cash cow and have now not responded or provided any news about these toys.
The running joke on the TFCC boards is that 'Soon...' has become an acceptable answer.
It's not.

not too keen on having my sonic shell cannons painted flourescent yellow and having half of the tip painted black. I hope they use a darker shade of yellow in the final product.

Are these really the final colors? I though this was just a Proto. I so hope the unify it a bit more. I like the black and blue but perhaps they could change the orange for something bluish green, and maybe the yellow for the same type of purple they have for the other parts.
The orange and yellow, just look too out of place in this mould.
Still so looking forward to this, unless I can get my hands on a God Neptune before they Release this.
