Oh look! Here comes my friendly neighbour to pay me a visit again!

It couldn't possibly be to steal my resources! Considering I barely have any as i've been pumping it into research and trying to rebuild my defenses (I hope he likes the new heavy laser that'll be built when he arrives).

Therefore I can only think he's after one thing. To wipe me out of the galaxy. ah well. No doubt someone will eventually do the same to him as there are others ranked higher. Karma. I love it.

I'm going to hate karma soon. Turns out his "fleet" was simply 3 Recyclers and I kinda blasted them out of the sky.

Im about 2K Deuterimiwhatsists from a Colony ship to make better use of the inactive farms scattered across galaxy 3.

Anyone know if they are re-usable, or do they expire once they have landed and taken the planet?

They are a one-way ticket only, and don't bother to send extra ships with resources, they come back with the same resource. In Uni20, my colony is at the #1 planet, and the sol sattelites produce 50 energy/piece, however there's only 43 place on that planet...

Once you've researched the tech it's there forever but you may have to start your mining etc buildings from L1 again there - nothing to stop you moving a fleet into orbit either!

I got raided by the Halo alliance last night, devastated my fleet but I fought him to a draw with my lasers. Knocked me way back in the rankings though, and I never got that colony ship made either. :-x

My colony got raided by a guy with the coords Dragooon[1:238:7] The haul wasn't good for him, but the idiot took out my cargo ship with which I used to transport goods back to my main planet. He has a small force, so next time he'll pay.

EDIT: His alliance's name is POLAND... It'll be time to send an invasion :twisted:

I want to join the Alliance in U:37. I am Dragonoth at 5:172:8, planet Starfire.

Decided to take the plunge into U:37 on Feb. 27. Fortunately, my system is mostly populated by noobs, and no one has bothered me yet (although I do have several rocket launchers and some light fighters already).

Just keep your defenses strong enough so that the damage they deal is disproportionate to the amount of money you have on hand at any given moment.

You might still get raided a couple of times, but after your enemies wind up obliterated, or loose more resources on the battle than they get from you, the attacks will drop off.

I got hit by three different people in 24hrs about a week ago, and I lost a lot, but they still didn't steal enough to replace the ships I destroyed.

Since then, I just get lots of probes. Mostly from Croix.
