I personally need my leaders to stand above there troops looking dominant and Heg & Orion work perfectly and this is why Orion will be my first classics Optimus Prime the hasbro figure is just to small and blends in amongst the crowd, it's like with the MP line i know deluxe will never be as scale accurate but prime and megs need to stand above the crowd.

I hope reprolables make a set something like silverstreaks back windows for orions chest.

Someone has done some minor paint apps silver on the chest and some white on the shoulders .

I wouldn't be so sure, I mean Springer and Blitzwing were both decent sizes, and there is no reason why Hasbro won't use the same size for Optimus. They know that Optimus always sells. This Toyworld effort looks like a KO in terms of its plastic, it is the kind of lazy implementation iGear go for, and that, coupled with the beyond terrible packaging make this an easy pass. I will wait for Hasbro to better classics Prime or I shall just keep classics Prime.

Plus Toyworld's figure looks awful hitched with the FansProject trailer.

It is well overdue for an Optimus Primes upgrade and this version from Toyworld is just the bot for the job!
The Classics/Henkei Optimus mold was great its day but that time has passed.

As for has/tak doing one i got a bit panicked for a moment there thinking **** did i do the right thing but hey this guy is epic of course i did , and at least this way if hasbros does manage to out do it self it's less to shell out later on .

Not that I'm buying one, but if you wanted to get rid of the red bleed through in his chest windows what's the best way? To me that just ruins how his chest looks.

I hate painting if I don't have too...

I wonder if you can do some paper inserts like MP Soundwave.... that would be pretty cool. I can see artist coming up with neat options...

Definitely looking forward to what Reprolabels does with this guy.

It's actually Nemean's sword or Part of Ares' sword. Much like with MMC's Feral Rex, the sword is comprised of different weapons from the other members.

It will not. It's too close to crossing the line, and because of this, stores such as BBTS and TFSource won't be carrying it so they don't get in trouble with Hasbro. BBTS has a direct account with Hasbro.

Even Robotkingdom isn't carrying it.

Thanks. I've been using BBTS pretty much exclusively for transformers. Only used TF Source for some of their store exclusives and Toyworld directly when Hegemon came out, and Ebay for those i couldn't get when released or from before i started back to collecting TFs. Given BBTS's decision (which makes perfect sense), i'll go with one of those other retailers then. Thanks again.

I'm getting pretty close to springing for this guy.

The silver-behind-the-windows mod makes a world of difference.

Still don't love the noggin, but it is recognizable as Prime.
