The "Widowmaker". It dosen't always kill instantly; but it can induce a 3 d6 chance of cardiac arrest.

The giant Meat Cleaver seems ideally suited to Grand Scourge to me.

It doesn't roll off the tongue very well, so how 'bout '

That implies it only works against Titans like Devastator.

I wasn't referring to the size class, I was referring to their size in general. All gestalts are 'titans' compared to the other characters.

Ok so since CW voyager OP, is not a leader class figure, he's not the leader of the Autobots? The size class name has nothing to do with the fiction sir.

Same here. I think that's why they didn't include putting the guns under her in the Thrilling 30 version's instructions.

Did they make the gift set Arcee's hands out a more flexible plastic this time so there is less chance of her "Thumbs snapping off" ?

I don't believe so, i think they just remolded them to an entirely different design so she can hold the big-ass swords. But it's entirely possible they checked to make sure the new design was less breakage-prone.

Hate to be redundant if it's been brought up, Is there anyplace to get the three weapons pruchased without getting the whole set? I missed out on buying the trio, but already have the original deluxe releases.

Only if you're willing to buy the three giant toys that the three giant weapons originally came with.
On their own, there is no option. The weapons only come with figures.

AS for the weapons: i would really like them by themselves in that style. I like how they work and it would be cool to see some combiners holding those massive swords

Except Arcee's cleaver won't fit the original mold's hands. I still don't know why Hasbro didn't always mold Arcee's hands for standard 5mm weapons. Then the weapons would also be molded correctly, and Chromia could hold the pistol that comes with Arcee. Of course I would have preferred Chromia come with a second pistol to begin with just like PRID Arcee should have come with two blades, but that's Hasbro...

Not necessarily for the actual original robots parse, but for other big bots, like giving Menasor that massive meat cleaver or Optimus Maximus a giant sword

Ah, I see what you mean. It's unfortunate the gestalts aren't getting nice large melee weapons. Sure the G1 toys had guns, but they updated (in a strange way) the Stunticons individual weapons and still game Menasor a sword. I just don't get Hasbro at all.
