Those two are scaled up versions of Mach and Tackle, from Transformers Victory; a Japanese TF subline. They were part of Multiforce and were similar to the Energon Autobot combiners where they could either be the upper and or lower body. All six of the figures also formed a large gestalt called Landcross. More info here.

Flattop RULES. He may be simple and have only three points of articulation(two arms, legs so he can sit), but he looks cool in both modes, and has a good color scheme. Too bad I lost one of the arms on mine, but at last I still have the aircraft carrier and both guns.

I was just going to say that is not flattop in there, but then I recalled that the micros have the name as well as the vehicle they come with. Carry on.
