They wouldn't have Weaving for Megatron with out beefing up his lines, he should speak plenty.

Starscream is gonna fake interest in rescuing Megatron because that is a standing Decepticon order. He loves leading the Decepticons and won't give it up easily. As for there being conflict between them, I believe it will be fleshed out on screen.
