Can someone explain this to me?

How do i get more upgrade points? I lost 2 matches, and now my profile has lost all its stats, 0 0 0 0 0, and i'll never get points back with that power.
Can someone explain why this happened, and how i get points?
I am a very disgruntled Brit.
