Wingsaber has better tech specs so he should win. However, Dreadwing is a triple changer with plane mode and tank mode. He also has a close partner called Smokescreen, who is an attack jet. These factors might be enough to take Wingsaber by surprise and put him at a momentary disadvantage. However, Wingsaber is probably experienced and skilful enough to handle the situation.
I give it to Wingsaber unless Dreadwing brings him down with a lucky shot.
