As my first attempt at getting into custom painting my figures, I am going to create Blue Guy (whichever one you decide is Frenzy or Rumble).

My question for those of you here is, what colors should I be using. Looking at Game Color, it looks like my best bets for the blue hues are:

Darker Blue = Dark Blue 72.017

Lighter Blue = Glacier Blue 72.095

Now, I am hoping my local hobby story has those in stock, but if not, I can get my hands on Testors pretty easily. Though with those I couldn't really find a solid match

Any thoughts on colors/brands to do this?
