This reminds me of the Arkham series also. Mainly because the combat looks the same. And to be honest, I won't be surprised it will be the same controls. I mean, they changed the fighting in Assassins Creed Brotherhood that copys Arkham. But seeming how it's about the turtles, you also think the game will have the predator mode from Arkham also? I'm off to do some research.
