-mods, not sure exactly which forum this should be under so feel free to move it to a more appropriate place if it would help, maybe the sightings?.. -
in a few weeks i am going to south korea to visit my brother. he's close to seoul, and i am wondering if anyone knows of any shops to find tf's. i've heard of huge markets with shops, but my brother has searched pretty well and hasn't come across much... so that leads me here.
if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it..

Re: TF Toy Stores in S. Korea?
Hey,
I have been living in South Korea for the last year. Transformers (movie mainly) can be found in most of the supermarkets called E-Mart, Home Plus or Lotte Mart. In Seoul, get on the subway to Dongdeamun (sp?) not Dongdeamun Stadium. It is on the Dark Blue line. Take exit 4 at the station and you will be near a place called Toy Alley. There is a map in the station so you check where you are. There are alot of shops that sell toys and stationery down there. You will find movie figures plus the occasional KO. I was there two weeks ago and they had alot of Allspark figures and Premium Megatron and Optimus Prime. I picked up stealth Bumblebee and some KO mini sports label transformers. I also saw but didn't buy the KO triplechanger set.
Hope that helps.
