I've been wondering if there is any mold that could be adapted for G1 Scorponok at a affordable deluxe class size (preferrably not leader class and not like the Botcon exclusive Energon Scorponok repaint)

Rid Scorponok could be easily remolded into a deluxe version of his G1 self. Just minus the base mode, unless a fan transformation.

This made me think of a fun fact: On my Beast Wars Shelf, I have RiD Paralon with a predacon symbol as my Transmetal Scorponok. It really works

Was thinking more way more mechanical not any Beast Wars/RID/Movie-Verse designs. That Scorponok/Paralon is not so imposing. I just liked the G1 heavily industrial machine type robot with minor animal aspeccts.

Don't forget, I only talked about taking the mold as a BASE. Not a straight repaint. Meaning take the principle of that bot, then remold the s#it out of it. It could work.

Well Snapdragon is a 'maybe' and I'm not counting on one character of a group/team being made as adamant proof the rest is coming.

Indeed that head and those spindly robot mode chicken legs wouuld have to go. Sword replaced with a rifle.
Large triple cannon + stinger on the tail.
No need for a Titan Master sculpted head, not enough room for a cockpit in either mode. and additional claw accessories and industrial claws that can be mounted on his arms (not shaped like the RID crustacean molds)

Then color it and add standard Decpeticon emblems , not circular and it might work.

Kinda sad that Titans Return came and went and we didn't get a new version of The Headmaster

All those Titan Masters that were sold separately or included as a bonus with some random bots... And not even once there was a Animated Headmaster.

I'd love an animated Revival, give more characters the style treatment reissue a couple of others, like Samurai Prowl, a figure I once let slip through my fingers.

I'm not disappointed we didn't get a Titans Return version of the Animated Headmaster Unit, because the head-mode face would have been as compacted as - or even more compacted than - that of the Scorponok figure that comes with Grotusque, and the robot mode face would be even worse off.
Animated reissues, now... That would be nice.
Speaking of Animated, here's some for the list: Leader-class Lugnut, Marauder Megatron, accurate!Cybertron-mode Megatron, Animated!Powermaster Optimus Prime, Starscream retooled to have his arm guns in the correct spot, Cybertron-mode Bumblebee

Moving on from Animated... Reissues of Legends Doublecross, Windblade, Topspin, and Twin Twist that also include the weapons from the Titans Return version so that they're not left wanting when you give the Targetmaster Partners to their proper buddies.

Not to say I'm disappointed with Siege, but I probably would have loved Omega Supreme to turn into a G1 Ark.

Being in a Vocaloid binge lately, I'd love to see the X-Over line to re-emerge... As a Vocaloid X-Over!



Each Vocaloids would have a vehicle piloted by a small figure like in the first Star Wars X-Over line.

Hatsune Miku could be a plane. The wings would become the pigtails and the propeller would become her tie. Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len would combine into a Road Roller. Meiko would turn into a sportscar. Megurine Luca would turn into a submarine. Kaito would turn into a jeep, or something.

That would be a lot of fun!

Would have resulted in an awkward Animated-but-not G1-but-not Omega though, IMO. And then there's the matter of the G1 Ark's proportions.

You know... Perhaps after Cyberverse wraps up, they should just flat out resurrect Animated. Animated was robbed. It was cut off before its time, and so many story and toy plans were squandered or relegated.

I''ve said before, HasTak are really missing out by not doing anything with the greater ship designs. The Ark, The Nemesis, The Revenge etc Just make them into Bots. Scale and such would be irrelevant as they will never be big enough to be fit for purpose.

If I had bought Supreme class Trypticon,I would say,that in my collection,his ship mode was supposed to be a G1 version of the Nemesis from Transformers Prime.
