Yeah, sorry. I meant Toys R Us. Blackout/Scorponok aren't available as a two pack in Argos (as fare as I'm aware).

Yarr, what be the difference between the TPB's and the graphic novels?

And if we be getting 08 BB seperate, I'll just have that one. Even better if it comes with a Barricade, though I doubt that will be happening.

I don't think ye can have rotating sigs Chugster, but ye could always paste the pics together into a scrapbook type menagerie style sig. Arrr, then we all be having more lovelyness to look at, especially if ye post right after me.

Technically a TPB collects previously published comics into book form while a graphic novel is previously unpublished comic material written specificly to be published as a book. To date there has never been a Transformers graphic novel. The two terms are switched around quite liberally by a lot of people though hence some confusion on this issue.

Escalation is awesome! I'm really digging the IDWverse!

ANd I've got about halfway through the movie aduptation, its not very impresive, then again, neither was the actual movie's story.

So the difference be TPB's are teh normal comics put together in one book, and Graphic novels are text written books written about teh stories, but all in text. No pics. As the name 'Graphic' novel implies it should have? Daftness.

Tharr be a mighty fine sig Master Blaster. Well done.

I be having no news except I have nearly removed the black paint from 20th's Prime's top part of his left arm. Just that cuff, side of that arm and his waist to go, and then he wil look MP.

Arrr, me fingers be aching from all the rubbing.

It's just your fingers that ache Insurgent? I thought your wrist would ache as well :P (ahh good old double entendre :P)

Would anyone else think paying £25 for Cybertron Primus sounds like a bargain? My local entertainer have still got a few in stock.

It's ok, I move my whole arm to avoid wrist cramp. I learnt that way is much easier on your joints and you can rub faster. (ahh good old double entendre :P )

I would say yes. Primus is a Supreme class figure that came out at teh £40/50 price point, so it's kinda half off. If you want the figure, get it, because it won't drop below that for a good while. Unless your name in Energon Omega Supreme, which people have found for a fiver.

Ha, already got Omega (and for a £5er as well :P) Bit short on space for TF's at the moment, so I've got him combined with Energon Optimus and his drones. Only other TF I'm not sure about getting at the moment is movie Megatron, I've already got Leader class Optimus, protoform Optimus (which came in a 3 pack of Optimus, Jazz and Brawl), Ironhide, Rathet, Scorponok, Starscream and Bonecrusher. Also plan to get Barricade and Blackout :)

Blackout is a good figure IMO. He's currently flanked by cl Astrotrain and Skywarp (both customs) all in alt mode so it looks like formation flying.

On the lookout for Barricade. And 08 BB if he ever comes out here. Though I may get the 2 pack from Argos.

Where did you get the 3 pack from?

IIRC, I'm sure it was Woolworths, Entertainer didn't have much to choose from, and I try not to use Argos if I can help it, most of the time the staff there are idiots. Only 2 I've bought so far from Argos are Scorponok and Bonecrusher. And I've got Bumblebee on order from Play.com :)

Not quite no. What I meant was that if it had previously been available as individual comic issues it would be counted as a TPB and if it was a new comic story written and drawn to be presented in book form without ever being released as individual issues then it would be a graphic novel. Don't know how useful the example will be but look at the Authority books from Wildstorm. 'Human on the Inside' was never put out as individual comics and was drawn as a book length story not in 20 page (single issue sized) 'chapters'. 'Relentless', 'Under New Management' and the other Authority books were all put out as comic series first and so are considered TPBs. As I said before a lot of people switch the terms around quite liberally anyway. Doesn't really matter what you call them I suppose, so long as you get a good book at the end of the day.

If yer can still find Primus for £25, buy him. I doubt he'll drop anymore in price.

lawl Omega Supreme. Not worth £50, but a fiver? Bargain!
Makes me wish I had kept the box, with it's massive ASDA price sticker with £5 scrawled on it. Just to laugh at it.
