Who needs a car when you got transformers?

I wish I did, but sadly my funds are way too low to permit it. When I do have a fair amount of money though, oh, I spend it in a day! Normally at TRU as well.

My collecting has gone completely nuts. I used to have a load and then I sold most of them. But now I want to buy loads when really I shouldn't as I need to concentrate on a move to Ireland.
I blame the voices in my head...

But, but, but the voices are on your side! They are telling to do things that are in your true best interest!
It may be linked to the new movie? All the hype has rejuvinated your lust for shaped plastic with crappy spring-loaded weapons! The only way to quench such a lust would be to clear your local toy shop's shelf of any and all tf goodness!
ahh, just a big kid at heart. It's the only way to be.

I'll tell the Mrs that and see what happens!
Actually I might see if I can pick one or two figures before my departure to Ireland - possibly MP Ultra Magnus and a BT.
I'm not taken with the movie figures so far - I blame the MP range for that!

Doesn't seem many people are, I see pre-release movie voyagers can't even make £5 on eBay, the Classics Legends make that.

Well, I just decided to pay TRU £4.95 to have Downshift delivered to my door. Three months of seeing him everywhere and it comes to this!

don't feel too bad about it. Aside from a couple of fairly minor flaws it's almost a perfect deluxe and easily one of my favourite figures from the past year.
I'm dreading the release of the movie toys, because I'll have neither the money nor space for them. I really like the designs of alot of them.

Well I just paid £6 for Groove's gun, less than an inch long piece of plastic, cross country delivery for under a fiver seems reasonable in comparison.

The Classics are pretty classy. Ironically I think that Hasbro has made a hole for itself. The Alternator range has been really refreshing as us collectors finally have accurate scale vehicles that change into articulated figures.
That's a hard act to follow.

There is only one thing they can do now...
Release more Alternators!!!
I'd love to see the line expand into army veichles and the like. I'm sure they could even do an Alternators 'Real Gear'.
Imagine a reflector that transforms into a realistic digital camera. Scale'd be an issue for bot mode I guess...
I'm glad you got Downshift Leo. It truly is an awesome figure. I just wish I hadn't procrastinated as well. But I can get one sooner or later anyway.
I am quite content with my Energon Downshift anyways. Perfect Classics Wheeljack. Almost. Just get rid of the spark crystal thingy, and see if something can't be done about the big panel hanging off his back that messes with his articulation.

The only problem I find with having these lovely Alts and Masterpieces is that they make the classics look too damn small - a classics mirage that was twice the size of the deluxe would be awesome. Also they do need to make military Alts to boost the decepticon ranks.

Rodentus you're right - the MP and Alt/BT range make other series look smaller. I think that's why I let my Gen 1 stuff as it looked tiny! Especially poor ol' Hound.

So has anyone here been able to pick up the Beast Wars 10th Aniversary figures from Home Bargains?
Any chance someone who has a Home Bargains in their local area could pick me up the 3 figures?
I'll pay + P&P of course.

Epic Heroes have the figure for sale at £150 - there's no f***ing way I'd pay that much for a figure that was released at £65. Bastards.
So how's the hangover, Red?
