Which Metroid Game Is The Greatest?

Having played all the Metroid games save for Metroid II, I can say without a doubt that my favorite is Prime 3. I have not even finished yet and I find myself slack-jawed at every new room, enemy, and of course your gunship. Fun stuff. My favorite 2-D Metroid is a tie between Zero Mission and Fusion. Both have the combination of speed, firepower, and exploration that Samus is best known for. Plus, the artwork in them was nothing short of spectacular.
