hi, i'm new to this forum and recently i've purchase a optimus prime figure. the hasbro version with the sound base.
anyway my concern about this product is that this is the first time i exchange for the same figure. the first one i got was with the left leg that can easily collaspe on its own when standing the figure on both feets. after i receive the second one, this time it has a minor issue. the chest area of prime can't be closed properly. the left window snaps into place very easily, but the right window won't snap into place, so is there a way to fix it? cuz i'm told that i can't exchange it the second time after the clerk destroyed my receipt.

I found my 20th aniversery one (battle damage, chrome, slightly different colours) had a similer chest problem, I think it is more to do with other bitsn ot being quite aligned right in the transformation rather than an actual defect (it was in mine anyway).
