While it isn't possible to spread the virus internationally, via mail (or maybe it IS possible...), there will probably still be some kind of delay in receiving orders from that country. I've spoken to several of the vendors over there and they confirmed that the delay is, in fact, due to the virus.
Some of them will NOT ship to the United States at all, for the time being, simply due to the outbreak. So, you might want to ask the sellers about their current shipping status before ordering anything from them. If they don't respond, then I recommend re-sending them a message in Traditional Chinese, via Google Translate. They are more likely to respond to that.
