Screamer might be able to hold his own with scourge (G1 not RiD) but Cyclonus would just blow him away.
Pretender starscream wouldn't hold up much better i'ld gather. Unless IDW makes his shell useful, which i'm hoping
If Screamer was in his Guiltor frame, he could take the air commander (and either scourge) but would nolonger have a flight alt...

Null rays could decide this. Alternatively, Cyclonus' oxidising laser could rust Starscream to death. If S steals the laser, C might be rusted to death! Movie C is superior and should win, as long as he doesn't slip up and let S kill him. Targetmaster C is actually inferior in many ways, especially firepower. His Nebulan partner shoots a blinding black beam (like Tracks) that causes rust but doesn't kill immediately. S should fight Targetmaster C! S is skilful enough to fight blind, I reckon.
