Yes, easily.
While Itachi is faster, since he is apart of the DBZ Jr. anime.
If Itachi traps him in an illusion. How long will it be before It is driven insane by Deadpool.
Hell, even before the illusion part.
This is how the fight goes.
Deadpool spouts nonsense
Deadpool spouts insane ramblings
Deadpool spouts love for big breasted superheroes
Deadpool spouts love for Bea Arthur
Deadpool spouts nonsense
Itachi is driven insane
Itachi attempts to hurt Deadpool

Seriously... Fire and the sharingan?? against the Merc with a Mouth! Wade would totally own Itachi. Cuz he has the one thing Itachi can't steal. Madness. and as he stated so generically in Deadpool #2 his kung fu..... you know.
To be honest though. most of the Naruto characters including the kage's never seem all that impressive in power. they require lots of prep, and "casting" time. Plus the comedic style healing factor of Wade. Whatever punishment Itachi could dish out. Wade I think could take. And to kill Itachi all he needs is one fatal wound.

Itachi is one of, if not, the most hyped up character in Naruto, so I thought I did well matching him up against Deadpool.

Deadpool is impossible. Itachi is just a set of Hitachi appliances without the first H. Itachi wins and is very helpful around the home, etc.
