This is the Jinbao OS Nero Rex figure. It LOOKS great...but certainly isn't the most sturdy of figures. You'll probably have to prop it up against something to keep it upright. I'll even throw in the little bit of carpet I used for extra friction to keep it from doing a split. It's not a bad figure at all. I used the current Ultra Magnus figure for scale.
It comes with the accessories shown (which means NOT with the sword).
